Im the daughter of the patient and i feel he did not take an interest in his patient. He heard what we said, but didn’t really give us any answers. He talked so fast we couldn’t understand everything he said, until the nurse came in afterward and explained it. My mom was sick and we felt he was rude. We asked about some medications she is taking, if she is able to take them with others that she is taking and he never answered us. He questioned why she was coming to the heart doctor as often as she had, and we explained to him because she is retaining ALOT of fluid, that we think is because of her heart and kidneys not working properly. He seemed like he didnt like it because she had been seen more than usual. We feel he was rude to us.

Getting in touch with the office initially was very, very, very difficult. I left messages didn’t get a response. I called talked to the Belpre office, and they said, they would get a hold of the Marriot office, and still didn’t get a response and so I was very unhappy with that.

When I was in the office, I was very pleased with the receptionist. She was very cordial and receiving and I very respectful way. That was no long wait in the office and I really enjoyed talking to the doctor. He was very easy to talk to you talk loud. So I couldn’t hearing since I’m a little hard of hearing and I it was a pleasant experience for going to a doctor and I really appreciate it all of the time if I got there. Thank you.

I just felt that he wanted me to take drugs that I didn’t feel was needed and then in some cases I even questioned if it was necessary, which he said no, but he still wanted me to take them. So, that’s probably about the only downside I could give but other than that he was pretty good to deal with.

Yes. When speaking with the doctor he seemed rushed, in a hurry. He paid attention to details, but he gave the impression like he was really running late and it was bothering him. He definitely look rushed.

I have a hearing problem. I’m deaf in my right ear and wear a hearing aid in my right. It’s very difficult to understand folks talking through a mask. It’s even worse if they talk fast. After 2-3 times after of asking someone to repeat something I tend to give up. I was somewhat confused about the change in meds so I tried to check on MyChart. that was even more frustrating. I can’t long in due to server error both code 1 & 2. Making the situation worse. My husband and son both go to the physician I was. They really like him. I might also if I could hear. I realize the masks are for everyone’s safety but if a patient can’t hear instructions isn’t that dangerous?

My experience was chaotic to say the least. I was first scheduled with one provider then come to find out that provider left prior to my scheduled appointment time and then I was thrown to some other provider after waiting and hour and 20 minutes almost. The provider I did see rushed and I was not able to even take it what was being said and did not have time to think of any questions. He ignored my family cardiac history because I didn’t smoke and said I was fine because I was young and seemed healthy. However, with that being said was prescribed medication that I was unsure why I was prescribed since I was “fine” and then ordered some testing but was given no reason to believe I need said testing or medication. I felt like I was tossed around due to how young I am however my history with what is going on has been life long and I just simply wanted to know that I will be okay which I didn’t get, just left me with more questions and confusion. I will be speaking with my PCP to get a second opinion somewhere else as that office seemed to not know what was truly going on. The nurses were super nice but I’m not sure if they were trying to cover up the mistake that was done or what. I have never given a bad review to a MMH provider before but I felt like something needed to be said.

Dr. Moghbelli was rude and didn’t seem concerned at all as to why I was seeing him that day. He acted as if all the things I said weren’t important at all and the nurse that came in after him was also rude when I had questions about my heart monitor and seemed annoyed anytime I would even ask a question. She also didn’t explain very well at all how to use it and re-hook it up if I ever had to. The lpn, Larry, that came in the room first was very friendly and helpful though.
