there was no reason for me to drive to Marietta except unethical unprofessional greed….they wanted to charge an office visit for a phone call of info…absolutely no reason anyone who HONORED the oath would do this….typical corporate greed and selfishness….Marietta memorial should be ashamed of this pointless practice that in NO WAY EVER helped any single patient

When I went left Marietta campus and went to Belpre Krogers’s to pick up prescription….I was told that it hadn’t been call in yet…..received a text from Kroger about 2 hours later that my prescription was ready….when driving approximately 45 minutes for an appointment I really don’t want to back track to pick up meds….also as of now And am waiting on appointments for test to be scheduled….I do understand that the office is busy….but I would have thought that this might have been scheduled by phone yesterday afternoon…

I was just surprised that I didn’t get to see Dr. Seinfeld because the reason that the appointment was delayed is to fit into his schedule and there was no mention of him at any point once I got there any reason why I didn’t end up seeing him and and the person that I did was just fine, but that was the reason for the appointment at the time it was was to try to have a chance to see him since he did the procedure. So I don’t know what was going on there. It was never explained, but I didn’t ask either. Thank you.

They was very thorough and I understood everything she said. She was… asked me if I had any questions. I was really thoroughly impressed by Rosa Nardo. Office help forgot to unlock door so we had to knock to be let in for our appointment, there was another elderly lady waiting too. Then we were told when we got in the office that only one person was allowed at a time. She thought we were together. I told her no we were both patients that I wasn’t with the older lady. They were all nice though.

Great provider, however MMH is sending the wrong message about the COVID vaccination by requiring masks for fully vaccinated people, shows MMH does not believe the vaccine works. Not the way to convince unvaccinated people to get the vaccine.

Rosa did a great job explaining my condition and what the action plan was to get me in good health again. Plus they followed up the following day to let me know when I would be scheduled for my procedures and they would explain more about what I needed. She had a great bedside manner and put me at ease because I was anxious as I have been fighting this condition for a long time. She was clear and concise with what was going to happen and explained each procedure. I highly recommend her.

Yes. You need to have directions on the elevator, because my wife, and I got lost, we couldn’t find a way back to the car, and I think they elevator did not work there. There’s a sign on there that said it did not work. We finally got with an employee, which was very, very nice, and if it wasn’t for her, we might still be there a week ago. So, we’d sure appreciate it if you could get some directions on it. That’s 6 elevator A, I believe it was, so we can find our way back to the vehicle. Thank you.

Thank you ladies, I wanted to reach out because I never have good luck with Marietta memorial, especially with the ER department. Rosa is the provider who I felt like actually cares, that includes my family doctor… Thank you again, she needs recognized.

I wish I could see the same person when I go. Having to see different nurse practitioners is not comforting! I have to go through my whole issues all over every time and nothing seems personal anymore! It isn’t any wonder why I can’t get answers or help for my health issues. Everyone is super nice and seems to care and I know its not their fault, just wish I could see a real Doctor and the same one each time I go, but I know thats the new way things are now. All in all, I think the staff is super nice and I know its not their fault the way things are now!

I needed my mom go in with me because of my psychiatric health and having difficulty remembering, retaining or fully understanding but because of covid restrictions in place she wasn’t allowed. I was told because I didn’t have legal documentation if being incapacitated she couldn’t go back. I feel I would have gotten more out of the appointment if she was there to ask questions and talk to the provider. She takes care of all my medical stuff and is more knowledgeable about it.

Very friendly and easy to talk with…my only complaint was the waiting room conversations made me feel like I was listening to a talk show about health issues and unproven medical advice. You don’t have to worry about HIPAA with the way these folks were freely discussing their medical problems!
