About Mihailo Popovic, MD

Mihailo (Mike) Popovic, MD has practiced Urology for the last seven years in North Carolina at UNC Health Southeastern before joining Memorial Health System. Dr. Popovic completed his fellowship training in Urologic Oncology at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. He completed the Urology Residency program at Wayne State School of Medicine, located in Detroit, Michigan, after completing his categorical Urology internship at Detroit Medical Center Department of Surgery, also located in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Popovic also earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University, located in Big Rapids, Michigan, and practiced as a clinical hospital pharmacist for one year before obtaining his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Popovic is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is also an active member of the American Urological Association.
