As a neurologist, Dr. Shokri specializes in disorders affecting the nervous system including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and cerebrovascular system. Neuroscience care includes prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation. Dr. Shokri is a board-certified general neurologist and a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
Education and Experience
George Shokri, MD completed his neurology residency at Cooper University and his internal medicine internship at Cleveland clinic’s Fairview Hospital. Dr. Shokri earned
his medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Antigua, West Indies. He did additional education, clinical service, and basic science programs at Sint Eustatius, the Netherlands Antilles.
