This was a postponed appointment due to my work. Provider gave me the impression, though he did not say it, that I should have taken care of my issues in lieu of my work. I do not run to the ER every time I have any type of Urology problem since I suffer Kidney Stones but my right side had been sore since mid-March and I was in away from my Home for 3W when my first Appt was scheduled.

I have. Seeing Carson Wong multiple times. He has shown a concern for my health. and he seems to be very caring, very patient and definitely would like to make sure that I understand what’s going on and why he offers me multiple options and explain thoroughly the different options and lets me decide what I want to do. And I really appreciate that. The staff has always been excellent everybody from check in through the interview at the beginning of the appointment and even afterwards that they’ve been patient understanding.

Everything went well. Would have appreciated updates as to why we were waiting so long to be seen.

Yeah, really was. I went. This is the husband. I went with my wife there because I thought he was going to go over the CAT scan that he had ordered for my wife and that we had paid for. So he came into the office, had one piece of paper, didn’t go over to CAT, scan, was ready to leave and I asked him, well, what about the CAT scant? He said, well, it was normal. You know, the first thing he did, we went there, got there at 1:00. A quarter after one, they comes out and says well he’s going to do the scope where they go out look at the bladder, but they got to sterilize the equipment first, so that was going to take a half an hour. So I said, well, I’d like to talk to him before he does that scope to find out what the results were on the CAT scan because nobody is told us anything. So anyway, at quarter after, nurse comes in, asks us questions

Given my symptoms, I feel the length of time before my next appointment was too long. After my proscribed tests, I need to have treatment quickly. It still might happen.

I really like Dr. Wong and his team. Noticed a few new faces and they were all professional and helpful. Even though I live in Cleveland, I still prefer to see Dr. Wong.

My husband had to have a catheter removed. When we arrived at the office he had a cath malfunction and a bowel accident. He was agitated, angry, embarrassed and in pain. The desk staff and especially the nursing staff cared for him with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and empathy. Thank you!

I have tremendous confidence and respect for Dr Wong and drive from Westlake, OH to see him rather than a local urologist.

His patient interactions has improved since I’ve started the him. Calling there and trying to get someone on the phone is hard to do today. Anyways, get stuck in the voicemail, which is not been in there. They haven’t been able to busy. So, I don’t know why they can’t pick up the phone and talk to you. Goodbye.

Dr Wong is highly intelligent and an innovator of current technologies related to Urology and HRT. This is the reason I travel 2 hours to be under his care. With that said……if he ever moved out of country I would consider flying in for my appointments. He is simply that level of physician based on my experience and health improvement.

I need to get medical attention more quickly they’re stretching this out too far I need surgery I need an outpatient medical procedure and I’ve been since October trying to get care. Somehow they need to be able to speed up this process because I have been suffering with my issues for way too long.

Dr. Wong is the first Doctor who has asked me how I’m doing mentally/emotionally with the COVID stuff. I really appreciated that though I’m handling it as well as anyone else but it was nice to be asked seriously rather than a backhanded comment, which is what I’ve been getting from doctors.

I believe that the communication at the hospital and certainly with Dr. Wong was more than we had ever. I had ever expected the, the services that he provided for us, and his entire staff was, was better than than than anything we’ve ever ever experience with this type of a procedure. So, I rate the hospital very high, they gave us phone calls. They wanted to make sure that we were, I was feeling well. So the communication was probably the thing that I was most impressed, but so Dr. Wong is and it is an asset to his his patients and certainly to the hospital. So thank you for asking my opinion.
