Navigating Your Journey Toward Wellness
Services provided by our oncology team include:
- Assisting with timely oncology provider and treatment appointments
- Identifying hurdles to care and make appropriate referrals for assistance, whether it is transportation to treatment, billing/financial issues, social service issues, nutritional needs, or any other needs we can help with
- Offering education in understanding cancer care and supportive services within Memorial Health System
- Offering education on each patient’s individual cancer diagnosis and treatment
- Providing emotional support
- Providing ongoing communication between our cancer program, referring physicians, surgeons, and our patients
