Concussion care
Concussions can happen during any sport and may not always show up right away. Symptoms like headache, confusion, dizziness, or sensitivity to light should never be ignored. Early evaluation is key to safe recovery.

Tenex & TenJet
Tenex and TenJet are minimally invasive treatments used to relieve chronic tendon pain that hasn’t improved with rest or therapy. Guided by ultrasound, these procedures target and remove damaged tendon tissue—either using gentle ultrasonic energy (Tenex) or a high-pressure saline jet (TenJet)—without harming healthy tissue. They’re outpatient procedures with minimal downtime and can help you get back to activity faster, without the need for traditional surgery. Ask our team if it’s an option for you!
Starting an exercise program
Starting an exercise routine can feel challenging, but it all begins with setting clear, realistic goals and building a plan that works for you. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall health, the key is to start small, track your progress, and stay consistent. Focus on a balanced routine that includes both cardio and strength training, and don’t forget the importance of rest and nutrition. You don’t need fancy equipment or a gym membership—just the motivation to take that first step. Ask your sports medicine provider for more tips!
