About Us

Since 1981, Memorial Health Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, has been dedicated to building a healthier community.

Since 1981, Memorial Health Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, has been dedicated to building a healthier community through education, special patient assistance initiatives, charity care, state-of-the-art medical equipment, and funding to areas where the need is greatest throughout Memorial Health System and our community.

Memorial Health Fund

Memorial Health Fund encompasses a variety of initiatives that help patients receive the care they need without additional financial stress and assist with services and equipment not covered by insurance, government programs or other eligible reimbursements.  Donors may select the initiatives they want to support, including those listed below.

Note: we will need to find a way to make this easier to navigate. I am thinking of boxes with the clipart, name, and description of the initiative, then a button that says “support this Initiative” that directs to the main giving form with an upsell to monthly donation
